13 Club owner and band leader of Ordnance Liu Lixin has found his own label to promote local metal hopefulls and also his own band. The first signings are S.A.W. and Ego Fall.
According to Liu's explaination, he like to divide the idea of metal and the general activities of 13 Club with this new found label where Dime Records will become the trade mark of 13 Club's metal orientation so he can also start doing more non-metal related events such as Jazz and Blues or Movie Nights.
